Alicia, before joining the firm, worked at the Empresa de Renovación y Desarrollo Urbano de Bogotá – ERU, conducting activities focused on meeting the goals of the Bogotá Best for All District Development Plan in the land management area for the execution of the partial plans of urban renewal of the company. Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar – ICBF, legally assisting the entity in matters related to the legal ordering and disposal of its properties. Progresus SAS and Flex IT SAS, advising the operations of companies from a legal standpoint in corporate, contractual, civil and commercial matters. Alicia obtained her law degree, with an emphasis on Environmental, Agrarian and Mining Law, at the Fundación Universitaria (Bogotá, Colombia), where she was awarded a Scholarship for Excellence during her career and is a Mediator of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce.
