Daniel Andrés Zambrano Ortega has experience advising financial entities, commercial companies and individuals a real estate and business lawyer. Daniel focuses his practice on the structuring of real estate projects, drafting, negotiation and review of real estate contracts, implementation of legal structures for the development of real estate projects, preparation and review of titles and urban studies, memorandums and concepts related to his practice area.
Daniel, before joining the Firm, worked as a lawyer at Scotiabank Colpatria Bank; Colmena Trust Company; I.D.C. Consultores S.A.-Construcciones S.A. a construction company and previously in the real estate company Ventas y Avalúos S.A.S.
Daniel earned his J.D. from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Bogotá, Colombia). Daniel has specializations in Urban Law from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Bogotá, Colombia); Notary and Registry Law of the Externado de Colombia University (Bogotá, Colombia); Business Law and Business Management from Universidad del Rosario (Bogotá, Colombia).In addition, he undertook a Certificate in Real Estate Law and Certificate in Real Estate Management at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Bogotá, Colombia).
