Diana Cristina Ibarra has experience advising national and foreign clients in law firms and in the real sector as an In-House lawyer. Diana Cristina focuses her practice on the structuring of real estate projects, drafting, negotiation and review of real estate contracts, implementation of legal structures for the development of real estate projects, preparation and review of titles and urban studies, memorandums and concepts related to her practice area.
Diana Cristina, before joining the Firm, worked at Brigard & Urrutia Abogados, where she worked as an associate attorney and member of the Real Estate Team of the firm.
Diana Cristina earned her J.D. from Universidad del Rosario (Bogota, Colombia) where she graduated with honors upon receiving the Diploma of Excellence. During her undergraduate studies, she undertook law studies at the University of Paris II Pantheón – Assas (Paris, France) within the framework of an international exchange program where she obtained the Superior Certificate in French Law. Likewise, Diana Cristina has specializations in Commercial Law and Contractual Law from Universidad del Rosario (Bogota, Colombia), under a scholarship granted from that University, having obtained the best score of the University in the ECAES of 2007, and one of the ten best scores nationwide. Diana received her Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Melbourne (Melbourne, Australia).
